I just came from there this AM and honestly it was a professional, seamless and positive environment from start the finish. The front desk was great and efficient, along with the MA and attending doctor and her assistant. High caliber facilities and easy parking. Highly recommend !

My experience here was pleasant and easy. All staff I encountered from front desk, to medical assistants, to the phlebotomist were kind and professional. Dr. Brito was wonderful. My test results came quickly and I was able to communicate with the team via MyChart about an initial question I had about results and they responded quickly which I really appreciate . I also received a call from the office about my results less than a week after my appointment. On my return appointment, I was taken back in a timely manner and was again, greeted with kindness and professionalism. I am happy to have found Dr. Brito and the Optum team.

Optum Medical in Rockville Centre is a treasure, an absolute neighborhood gem. Dr. Martin Bolic is the best internist, he's wonderful and caring and knowledgeable and respectful. I would recommend this practice highly.

The location is new for my family and I, we used to take our daughter to the old location at Secaucus, but in this location everything is totally different. The staff of the front desk EDICA and INGRID they are very nice people who are taking care very well of the patients and their parents, something different from the location of Secaucus compared to the new location. All looks nice and clean, we liked everything and mostly the treatment of the staff.
